Ms Chay Hui Ying

Ms Chay is a Singapore trained teacher with more than a decade of teaching experience in the Singapore and British primary curriculum. She was a Primary general teacher in Singapore before moving to England to work as a Singapore Maths Specialist. She is an ardent advocate for the use of the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) approach to guide pupils in their learning process.

With that as a teaching approach, she aims to develop pupils’ growth mindset and eventually, the love for independent learning. As a form of personal development, Ms Chay loves to travel to be inspired by other cultures and lifestyles.
